1. Accidental Death: Provided the occurrence of death happens within six months from the date of accident. Sum Insured US$ 20,000.

2. Permanent Total Disability: Provided the disablement is proved within one year from the date of accident. Sum Insured US$ 20,000.

3. Permanent Partial Disability:  Subject to percentage mentioned Included with PTD. Attached the sum insured for permanent total disablement in Case of total loss or complete loss of the function of any organ.  

4. Accident / Medical Expenses: up to US$ 2000 per claim per person (deductible 30$ per claim per person).
